– Our One Ring actual play, The Unsung Tales is up for multiple awards at the New Jersey web fest, including Outstanding Actual Play (video), Best Family Friendly, Best Game Master (Kimi Hughes), Best Player Character Performance (Jay Africa), and Best Costume/Makeup (Cai K.) It is our first time entering anything like this and we are blown away by being nominated in so many categories! Very exciting!
– The podcast recording on August 20th had to be canceled due to the local flash flood and weather warnings in Los Angeles. We apologize, but the safety of our crew is the most important thing.
– Burning Bright, our Blade Runner RPG actual play did session 0 on August 22nd. Look for upcoming episodes live on Tuesday nights at 7pm Pacific, or enjoy them later on Youtube or our actual play podcast feed.
– Two members of the Happy Jacks crew worked on projects that won ENnies! Decuma by Kimi’s Golden Lasso Games won the Gold ENnie for Best Aid/Accessory – non-digital, and Ray Chou’s company Mythworks produced The Wild Sea which won the Silver ENnie for Best Writing.
